This legend should help provide some intel on the enemies, weapons, items and strange phenomenon you will occur while out in the field.
Though this legend may be obscure, and a bit vague, it was procured by our best scouts in the ground squad.

Slot 1 | Melee/Close Range | Used for cutting metal & industrial needs, it also works well at eviscerating flesh. |
| Fists |

Slot 1 | Melee/Close Range | No time to reload, or explain. Just duke it out. Power is multiplied during the Berserk Sphere's Carnage. |
| Pistol | 
|
Slot 2 | Hitscan | UAC back-up side arm. Can put down a human but tickles the monsters. Stun, & RUN. |
| Shotgun | 
|
Slot 3 | Medium Range/Hitscan | Fires buckshot rounds. Has some stopping power to it, and while stronger enemies eat more blasts, it wont let you down. |
| Chaingun |  |
Slot 4 | Long Range/Rapid Fire/Hitscan | Pummels anything within its line of sight. Can stun most enemies, has higher round capacity which is offset by its rate of fire. Slowly winds down after fire. |
| Super Shotgun |  |
Slot 3 | Close Range/Hitscan | Loads two shotgun shells, and blasts anything close enough to feel the bite of its bark. |
| Grenade Launcher |  |
Slot 5 | Open Range/Projectile/Explosive | Codenamed "Buster" for its defensive, demolition & utlity capabilities, it does the job. Has two firing modes by using the RELOAD key: Cluster for short-range rounds, & the default Ticker for fuse-triggered grenades. |
| Plasma Rifle |  |
Slot 6 | Open Range/Projectile/Energy | Anyone moving UAC cargo had a mandatory issue of this rifle. A powerful weapon with a high rate of fire, it uses cells to burn & destroy targets. |
| BFG 9000 |  |
Slot 7 | Open Range/Projectile/Energy/Tracer/Power Weapon | The pinnacle of UAC technological research. No one has any idea how they made it, but it shoots highly reactive concentrated energy that fries anything in range on a cellular level. A direct blast by this thing is devastating. |
