We are having the same issue. We have tried addressing it via the edits to the config.json file mentioned at #2363 by changing the url: "localhost", to instead reflect the FQDN as well as have tested and ensured all software and hardware firewalls and filters are correct. Local logon to the https://localhost/home/login are successful. Locally on the server, if we change the URL from 'localhost' to the FQDN string or the IP address and then attempt to authenticate we receive the same error of "The server is unavailable. Contact your system administrator." |

It's tricky to point to a specific issue without looking over your entire setup, as there are a lot a variables to consider. Sending over application logs from the Windows Event Viewer would aid us in helping you further. |

@eyadrefai @galeannor I would also recommend looking at discussion #3979 to see if it is applicable to your situation. |

My name is Eyad , and I am seeking your assistance with the installation and operation of the Cybersecurity Evaluation Tool (CSET) V12 Enterprise Installation. Despite completing the installation process, I encountered an error message upon attempting to log in. The message reads: "The server is unavailable. Contact your system administrator."
I would be very grateful for your help in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you require any additional information or if there are specific troubleshooting steps I should follow.
Thank you in advance for your support.
