Provide description of the task

As we are already working on a predefined way to describe plugin's supported environment (#2692) it would be nice to decide browser compatibility for imagebase and cloudservies plugins. Mentioned plugins tests are ignored on browsers according to easyimage support.

It probably makes sense to use the same browser support for both plugins like easyimage, however, requires a bit of research if these plugins cannot be used with older browsers than easyimage itself.

After #2692 improvement both plugins should have correct isSupportedEnvironment members.
