It should at least consider such languages:

I can see that in https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor5-link/issues/31#issuecomment-316992952 we didn't plan to change the layout of this balloon but since it will be less often opened perhaps it could become slightly bigger.

This would also address issues with a very narrow link URL input.

Two things should be done here:

  1. The URL input should scale to 100% width.
  2. There should be a right margin after the "Unlink" button to clearly separate two things (saving/closing and unlinking).
