📝 Provide a description of the new feature

As the editor supports the width and height of the image, we lack the support of setting those in the UI.
Example: #5154 (comment)

The open question is how this relates to the resize plugin. Could it be a configuration option in which resize operates on those attributes. Case open for feedback.
