Problems with parsing IPEDS table

Hello,
I am working whith javascript program that needs to parse accessDB files and used this extension (https://github.com/regrapes/access-db-parser). I used this extension in order to try and parse through the IPEDS database (Download Link: Here).

Problem appears when trying to parse DRVC2021.
