Bootstrap Datetimepicker is outdated #1014

The datetimepicker bundled with yiibooster appears to be very outdated and does not support multiple vital features such as extra formats (unix timestamp for example).
I propose replacing it with the much better and actively developed Bootstrap 3 Datepicker v4
