App-autoscaler bosh release - https://github.com/cloudfoundry/app-autoscaler-release - created a service broker in Cloud Foundry and the service is enabled globally for all ORGs on the platform.
Expected behaviour
After creating an app-autoscaler service and bind it to an application, in stratos to be able to check the Autoscale service binded to some app, to check the current policies, make changes, see metrics and etc.
App-autoscaler service is created by the SpaceDeveloper so the SpaceDeveloper should be able to see that service in stratos as well and to be able to see the Autoscale tab on the left menu.
Actual behaviour
After creating an app-autoscaler service and bind it to an application, in stratos can't check the Autoscale service because it is not SHOWN as a section/tab on the left menu.
App-autoscaler service is created by the SpaceDeveloper so the SpaceDeveloper should be able to see that service in stratos as well but the Autoscale tab on the left menu is NOT shown.
Autoscale is NOT shown under the Applications tab on the left menu with a SpaceDeveloper role.
If you go under Services tab on the left menu and refresh the page, then the Autoscale is showing on the left until the next action/refresh/click on the page.
With a platform's admin role - Autoscale tab is shown under the Applications menu on the left.
The visilibity of the autoscaler's service is already set to All and that has not been changed recently.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Steps:
Push a cf app;
Create a app-autoscaler service;
Bind the app to the app-autoscaler service;
Go to stratos;
Filter to the app binded to the app-autoscaler service;
In the menu on the left (Summary/Instances/Routes/Log Stream/Services/Events) NOT able to see any Autoscale;
If you go to Services, refresh the page, then Autoscale is visible in the left menu - if you click on some other section or just refresh the page - Autoscale is gone.
