Argument order is relevant for --skip-init

Describe the Bug

This does not work as intended:

atmos terraform output ... --skip-init --json # output is not JSON formatted
atmos terraform show ... --skip-init --json # output is not JSON formatted
atmos terraform show ... --skip-init --json foo.tfplan # file is silently ignored
atmos terraform plan ... --skip-init --out foo.tfplan # breaks

This does work:

atmos terraform output ... --json --skip-init
atmos terraform show ... --json --skip-init
atmos terraform show ... --json foo.tfplan --skip-init
atmos terraform plan ... --out foo.tfplan --skip-init 

Expected Behavior

JSON formatted output

Steps to Reproduce

No JSON formatted output if --skip-init is specified before --json.
