Better code reload behavior

I don't need to dive deep into hot reloading but... a few things are annoying

• Every file save reloads the whole app, and loses all state
• It also re-sets the window dimensions

Would be nice to save the prior window location dimensions to put it in the same place, so I can e.g. expand it to very large while debugging DOM issues. Maybe add a "reset size" to the Chronicles system menu.
