vault_password_file definition not detected in home directory when ansible.cfg exists in the project #8

When there are both:

  • ansible.cfg in the project (git-tracked, changes undesirable)
  • ~/.ansible.cfg (that includes vault_password_file)

...Vaulty fails. Apparently fallback only works if a given file is missing, but not when it exists and just doesn't have the desired line.
