"Policing" Priority Action Area cards do not link to action areas

Hi,

I'm on your website at https://brigade.codeforamerica.org/priority-action-areas/ and I noticed that the "Policing" card does not appear to link to anything. I'm not sure if this is a bug or some CMS issue, but it'd probably be nice to look into.
