Bug report（问题描述）

下载的最新base模版，启动头条、QQ、飞书小程序失败，显示依赖导入"isInSSRComponentSetup"找不到；
pnpm版本 8.15.3
Node版本 V20.11.1
@vue/cli 5.0.8

pnpm create unibest my-project
cd my-project
pnpm i
pnpm run dev:mp-toutiao
