"Resize column" box can not be closed

Major usability problem:

the "resize column" box can in many cases not be closed - neither by pressing ESC nor by clicking with the mouse outside the box.

this is caused because an expected icon is not there; I can see the following in the log:

so this seems to be an issue in collective.js.jqueryui (take note @toutpt).

in the mean time you can just click on the upper right corner of the box to close the modal window as shown in the attached image.
