Docker Build Images: Could point releases be published for commercialhaskell/stackage? #5868

As @mihaimaruseac told in #5320 commercialhaskell/stackage is the new fpco/stack-build. But unfortunately on the new location I'm missing (maybe immutable) tags for every stackage LTS snapshot (e.g. LTS 16.11, etc.). Since even the compiler version might change within a major LTS version, I think that an image should be provided for minor releases too (like before 😀). This would allow (more) reproducible builds of dependent images.

The commercialhaskell organization on docker.com is no longer maintained - also it is easy, thanks to ghcup & stack, to create a tailored base images for dockerized haskell build stages. So at least for me this is no longer an issue.
