Use Qbs in CI

Let's check into which platform/platforms makes more sense, I'd say start with 1 and see how it goes.

          By the way, we released Qbs 2.4 several weeks ago, can we install it into CI now? Do you need any help?

Main platforms are Linux, Windows and Mac. Since most Linux distros lag a bit with updating to recent version, Windows or Mac should be the easiest to install (via choco or brew/macports.
