S3 Resource get stuck at 99% when downloading big files #106

We are experiencing a random behaviour when downloading big files from s3, sometimes everything runs smoothly but other times some resources get stuck at 99% for a couple of hours resuming the download after that.

we are running on:
Concourse 3.8.0
