Would be nice to have a package for gtk in conda-forge. This need comes up somewhat regularly for packages on Linux with a GUI (e.g. Qt, OpenCV, etc.).

Also here is some info about building GTK 2 on Linux. Seems that we have all the required dependencies for GTK 2. Also this is the version of GTK we are getting from yum. So that seems like a good first thing to package.
