Can anyone specify the steps to be followed to build this library for winx64 application using visual studio

Hi all
I would like to use this library for my application. I am unable to build from source for windows. My requirements are :
The library has to be built for winx64. (I have to make some changes to source file so vpkg approach won't work for me also let say I don't have access to the same.)
I also would like to know how I can disable Zlib, OpenSSL, zstd in the visual studio19 build properties for the same.
