Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently it is only possible to set users to the allowlist.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have the possibility to add also teams to this list.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Otherwise it would be helpful to add another variable.

Hi @flaxel,
I am sorry for a late response. Adding another variable something like allowteamslist will be a good solution for this feature. I will work on it in the coming weeks or feel free to create a PR :)

Slight variation on this: would be nice to have an allowOrgsList as well, to allow members of an org to skip the CLA.

We have implemented a variation of the allowOrgsList suggestion in #157 that may be of interest to you, @larcher.
