Reduce the package install size? #3040

The package install size 71 MB. Reducing the size will help install speed and save some bandwidth.

Seems that version 13.2.0 increased the package size significantly:

Hey thanks, this duplicates #1791.
Happy to reopen #1791 it if someone wants to create a PR for this. Otherwise it will stay closed because we won't have the time.
