There may be multiple TAs in a session at the time; due to how matching is done with transactions, each TA is paired with a different student question. This means that students who are not at the top of the queue may actually still get their question to be looked at. Thus, students should receive a notification as soon as

• push a notification "your question is being looked at" if they are not at the front of the queue. Don't push a notification if their question is up if it is already being looked at.
• instead of notifying students that their question is up, notify them when their question is being looked at
