Request: ability to draw on the page using mouse.

Ability to draw using mouse while reviewing would be beneficial.
I found a codepen example which illustrates this.

The canvas can be cleared by

• Using a clear button like the example.
• when user clicks easy, hard, or medium button.

Thanks for the suggestion! That seems like something that could be useful for a lot of people so I'll be implementing it as an optional module that can be enabled from the settings channel.

Sadly right now I'm really busy with college exams so I won't be able to work on it till later. If you'd be interested in implementing it yourself, pull requests are welcome 😄
