Move important docs from core/spec to main docs #135

Summary

Any information which non core developers should know, should be under the docs/ folder. It is hard to find the modules/core/spec directory

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged/assigned

I think we can remove the docs in module/core/spec. Given the eureka changes, they probably just will become outdated
