"Execute CQL" fails silently but only with certain files

Mac14,7 (M2), VSC 1.87.2, CQFramework 0.6.0 plugin. At some point in the past week the Execute CQL context menu option has failed to work but only for some libraries (including libraries that haven't been modified in years). There is no feedback and no logging for this failure, nothing happens. Other files continue to execute fine.
