[BUG] Running openshift cluster status is visible in dashboard but not in resources #296

General information

OS: Windows 10
Hypervisor: Hyper-V
Running CRC on: Laptop

CRC version

2.40.0

Steps to reproduce

Install CRC extension (2.0.0) via Podman Desktop (1.12.0)
Install CRC
Initialize and Start with microshift preset chosen
Assert: CRC is running, visible in dashboard and in resources
Stop/Delete the cluster in Resources
Go to Dashboard
choose initialize (and start) and click on it to create new cluster

Expected

microshift cluster is up again in dashboard and in resouces

Actual

Microshift cluster is running in dashboard, but is missing in the resources. There is nothing but create new cluster in OpenShift Local card

Workaround: Restart Podman Desktop
