For me, I'm seeing this as a failure from the command-line, but no crash in babel. Can you confirm that? If so, we need to handle this more gracefully in MoleculeFile

Molpro 2008 and 2009 produce XML output files alongside with usual *.out. Trying to open such file in Avogadro causes segmentation fault
