Could support reload config.js?

Due to the lifecycle of proxy is only a few minutes, param proxies in config.js need to change frequently.
Could support reload config.js?
When I change param proxies in config.js, and I can exec cmd to reload config.js, just like docker exec -it csgofloat bash -c "csgofloat reload"
