Le README actuel est celui du theme. Il faut le personnaliser pour ce repos.

Les choses important a mettre:

Comment deployer un nouveau site annuel
Expliquer la creation d'un environnement de DEV pour editer le site
Expliquer comment ajouter le plan de commandite
