Ist eine Installation nur mit Nutzung von ftp, dem Manuellen Anlegen von Datenbanken und Bearbeiten von Dateien möglich? Wie?

en: if possible, please form you request in english, I think github is supposed to be understood by a broad mass, and therefore english is the language of choice ;-)
I think the "team-container" solution is not quite what you are looking for. FTP can easily be setup, there is a couple of good howtos for ubuntu (ubuntuusers.de ...). Or you could run only the nextcloud-part of team-container für file management ... or maybe I'm not quite getting what you actually look for.

de: Bitte zkünftig auf englisch schreiben, github soll möglichst breit zugänglich sein, da ist englisch nunmal der kleinste gemeinsame nenner...
ich denke, für diesen zweck ist der team-container etwas "zu groß". oder aber man nutzt nur nextcloud, dann fällt aber FTP weg... oder aber ich habe den wunsch nich tganz verstnaden ;-)

I'm already using Nextcloud (I installed it by running the *.php script).

What I'd like to do is getting started with Rocket Chat, Jitsi Meet and Openslides. However, I do not have access to a dedicated server. Is there a way to get these running by manually uploading files using ftp, editing config files and creating databases without Docker or running commands?

I do not think this is possible, as far as I know you cannot run some think like jitsi in PHP alone. My guess is that PHP can't 'act', just react to (http-) triggered commands. But video alow needs to be actively sent to clients....
