Currently, there is only "IT at Chalmers" or "IT på Chalmers" that is used as a page title everywhere. This is not

Add page titles to news posts
Add page titles to division group pages (and subpages)
Add page titles to division pages
Add page titles to "about" page
Add page titles to "operational documents" page
