Insufficient contrast in header on certain background images

which bg images are you referring to?

My intention was for the image to be the committee lined up against a blue sky.

'23 did not have an image for that and that made the header difficult to see.

Ah yes, true. maybe we should just put a background on the header either way since i doubt future nollkit will have this in mind when taking photos + it future-proofs the page
