Cursive can't start a repl on lein-cljsbuild when hooks are enabled

This appears to be a problem with lein-cljsbuild, but I thought I'd document it here since I saw a couple other instances of the problem that didn't call this out as the root cause

Thanks for the heads up, there is indeed at least one open ticket relating to this. I'll try and investigate when I get a chance. Cursive uses trampoline (or the underlying mechanism, anyway) in the IntelliJ process to avoid having to start two JVM processes when the REPL starts - this is an unfortunate bug.
