CVAT new UI: improve color tags for annotated objects

Expected Behaviour

Color tags should be easy to recognize

Current Behaviour

The current objects' color tags are too little. Difficult to visually correlate them to the annotated objects.

Possible Solution

Previously the color tags were much bigger and had full filling. Is it possible to return it?

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Context

Easy-recognizable color tags are necessary in cases when the make a validation by color of annotated labels. Also it's more visually comfortable to find the corresponding annotated objects on the right objects panel without any additional actions.
