Expected Behaviour

We have several proposals to add some features in CVAT projects

• Necessary to add an option to choose the current status "in progress" or "annotation" regardless of jobs count inside a task. For example, if we deal with a project which has one-job tasks, it's impossible to visually understand and track tasks which have been started.

• Add the "assigned to" button on the main project page.
  
  In this case there is no need to open each task and assign it on someone.

• Develop and option to arbitrarily dump annotations inside a project. Now we have a good option to dump annotations for a whole project (export project dataset), but it isn't enough in cases when there is a need to dump annotations only for a part of completed tasks inside a project, for example. I see it can look like the following solution:
  Pressing the "export project dataset" button, a user sees two options: 1. Export full project 2. Choose tasks for dumping.
  In the second option, he chooses a format and tasks he's going to dump. Seems, a checkbox near each task will be the most convenient decision.

• Add filters to sort tasks inside a project depending on their status (pending, in progress, completed) and assignees.

Context

The mentioned enhancements will allow to improve the current CVAT projects UI and enlarge its functionality.

Another enhancement to the CVAT project that will be useful for my purpose it to have statuses like "Completed" "In Progress" and "Pending" that we currently do for CVAT Tasks.

This will make it easier to filter which CVAT projects are "Complete" or "In Progress" or not started yet (Pending). A Project can be though of as complete if all tasks/jobs in it are "Complete" and "In Progress" if at least 1 task/job is no longer in "Pending" state.
