Upload Datumaro 1.0 Annotations

Expected Behaviour

It would be great if we could upload Datumaro 1.0 annotations.
Just like when I click Menu > Dump annotations > Datumaro 1.0, there should be an option for Menu > Upload annotations > Datumaro 1.0. I know that I can just convert the annotations from datumaro to another format, but it would be great to avoid the need for an intermediate command line utility.

Current Behaviour

When I go to Menu > Upload annotations > , there is no Datumaro 1.0 option. 😞

Possible Solution

Add Datumaro as an accepted annotation format for uploading.

Context

Working with a group all using CVAT. We want to use Datumaro as our annotation format because we really like the python library for parsing it and that it supports all the CVAT annotations.
