The 'cyclescape-resque_web.1' service is starting and failing soon after with the the message:

/var/www/cyclescape/shared/bundle/ruby/2.7.0/gems/resque-2.2.1/lib/resque/web_runner.rb:89:in `before_run': undefined local variable or method `runner'

At the moment it is continually failing and being restarted.
