Created a PR for the README #62 , and with a new readme, and once @dwsutherland 's work has been merged, it would be great to get an initial release of this project in PYPI. This is a requirement for cylc/cylc-admin#27

Closing as we have a task item in the cylc-admin repo to release this project to PYPI. So no need to keep this issue here 👍
