What would you like?

Replace GitHub runner ubuntu-22.04 in .github/workflows with ubuntu-24.04 when the latter has been declared ubuntu-latest.

For workflow(s) running a matrix of Ubuntu runner versions, add ubuntu-24.04 to the existing ubuntu-20.04 and ubuntu-22.04 runners.

Why is this needed?

GitHub plans to start rollout of ubuntu-24.04 as ubuntu-latest on Sep 25, 2024.

Cypress GitHub Action should be prepared and have tested workflows on this version.
