Improve rewriter to handle more complex scenarios #1

There are a couple of scenarios that are not currently handled by the rewriter. It creates invalid code:

  • packages/server/lib/api.ts
    • While this was fixed by updating the DELAYS code, it would be nice to investigate this as well
  • packages/server/browser/memory/index.ts
    • While this was fixed by updating the environment variable evaluations, it would be nice to investigate this as well.
