A Shavian keyboard for Android

Not very ghoti-y

While the venerable ghoti mapping was a great mapping before Shavian's inclusion in Unicode, it's not the best mapping for an onscreen keyboard. I've come up with this bipanel layout to hopefully require less shifting.
