Came up under influence of openneuro UI in

Add neurosift external service for dandisets #2041 (comment)

we might want to define and describe external services in terms of the actions they could perform on dandiset/folder/asset, e.g.

download (dandidav Add webdav.dandiarchive.org to "services" for the main instance and redirect /download/ for zarrs to webdav #1993)
visualize (neurosift)
navigate (e.g. dandidav for a dandiset or folder)
process (neurosift)
edit (none ATM?)

suggest other, in particular in terms of services we already have
