I believe that we should be using the symbol 🍼 for milk. Alternatively, this should be a user specified option when they visit the site.

I think we should leave ~ as ~. There are a lot of changes, some of which change behaviour for edge cases, which justifies keeping the symbol as it is. If you're using npm's ~ operator, you won't be automatically upgraded to 🍼.

But there's not really the kind of complete overhaul or massive change to the public API that justifies a 🍼. Perhaps once things are really polished and locked down.

But that said, let's leave this ticket open for discussion...
