  1. regarding this: https://github.com/daostack/subgraph/pull/584/files I don't see where handleReceiveEth is ever called
  2. this is only about a DAO's eth balance, right?
  3. this ticket should really be in arc.js, yes, and should not require any changes to Alchemy? (unless you are talking about Alchemy 1.0, which would also require changes to arc.js)

OK, this is for only for Alchemy 1.0. It is only for DAO balances. It requires upgrades to arc.js 1.0.
