Please consider providing example for using asp.net netcore 3.1 docker build/containers

This would be extending this example for .NET https://github.com/dapr/samples/tree/master/hello-docker-compose
For a .NET example take a look at https://github.com/diagrid-labs/dapr-workflow-demos/blob/main/docker-compose.yml and https://github.com/olitomlinson/dapr-workflow-examples#to-run-via-docker-compose
And also look towards ensuring current samples work with current runtime v1.11
