I would probably prefer a tree view of code

A user says:

Dark is (at the moment) an interesting experiment. I didn't find the development speed improvements I had hoped, I suspect driven by the limitations to the IDE.
Dark also needs to gain a few features before I could fully consider it to build with, including: - local development of SPA ( having to upload static is painful, especially if you are using a babeled type development, where the focus is on local development)

• versions i.e. the ability to run multiple different versions of code (dev, live). Feature switches allow to some extent, but I don't want to be working in the live environment, which always carries the risk of making a mistake
• Upgrading datastore types. Having to drop an entire data store to add a new property is not ideal
• The IDE feels a little gimiky (personally). I seem to spend more time moving bits around so they don't overlap than I want to. I would probably prefer a tree view of code.
