Zenodo transfer issue

Dataset 10.5061/dryad.t1g1jwtbp (Identifier 142288) has files that need to be published at Zenodo. They are not processing correctly because they were originally sent to Zenodo out of order. Reset the Zenodo submissions and complete them in the correct order.

Even after manually re-processing the versions in the correct order, Zenodo had problems with this dataset, because it was unable to delete a file within a "published" version. There is still some mismatch between how Zenodo and Dryad manage versions, which we may need to clean up if we keep the Zenodo functionality as-is.
