How does Flowershow handle tags and tag searching?

Hi, I've been looking for flower show example sites and can't seem to find any so I can't answer this question myself. If I wanted to post my vote online and have people search by tag, is that possible? Also, can people search multiple tags? So for example, could I identify or articles that have #tagone and #tagtwo ?
