Looking at the supplied image the PPS pin is not available as a pin out 
from the main chip but is instead used to drive the PPS LED.

The PPS signal can be captured via a small wire soldered to the LED SMD cap.

It is advised to also add some hot glue to avoid any pressure on the joint.
