Don't consider closed dining halls when using location data. #5

For example, if it is Sunday and a person in North Quad (that doesn't server dinner on Sunday) is at home and uses the location services, the app will bring up the North Quad menu, which only shows a notification that there isn't anything to eat. It would be useful if we could ignore unavailable dining halls when searching by location data.
